A few helpful things to know before your visit, so your experience feels easy and comfortable from the start

Appointment Requests

Appointments are requested rather than instantly booked. Submitting a request does not reserve or confirm your appointment. Your session is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Zora.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session amount.

Arriving for your appointment

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to settle in, complete anything needed, and begin your session without feeling rushed.

If you arrive late, your massage will still end at the originally scheduled time so the next appointment can begin as planned. The full session fee will still apply.

When is payment due?

Payment details will be made once your appointment has been confirmed. Completed services are non-refundable.

Health and Safety

Your health history is an important part of providing a safe and appropriate massage. Please disclose all current medications, medical conditions, current or past injuries, surgeries or procedures, pregnancy, allergies or sensitivities, and any changes to your health.

Certain conditions, medications, injuries, or procedures may mean that a technique needs to be adjusted, an enhancement should be avoided, or massage should be postponed. Please keep your health information current and share any changes before each appointment.

Massage will also need to be postponed if you are experiencing a fever, contagious illness, active infection, open wounds, or another condition for which massage may be contraindicated.
